Welcome to the registration page for the iAM Filmmaking Program Toronto, an initiative that provides free filmmaking and social justice training. To learn more about our iAM program, visit jayu.ca/iam.

The iAM program kicks off this fall with a (7) seven-day intensive filmmaking workshop series. This is the perfect opportunity to grow your videography skills while being mentored by some of our city's top artists. Entry to the program is free and is limited to the first ten (12) participants who sign up. Must be between the ages of 12-25 and a resident of Toronto.

Program Details:

  • Workshops will take place on weekends for 4 weeks
    from 11AM - 4PM

    • Saturday October 26 & Sunday October 27

    • Saturday November 2 & Sunday November 3

    • Saturday November 9 & Sunday November 10

    • Saturday November 16 [5pm-8pm]

  • Cameras, TTC tokens, and supper will be provided

  • No prior video experience necessary

  • Must agree to attend each workshop

  • Must be between the ages of 12-25 and a resident of Toronto

Workshop Locations:

All workshops will take place at JAYU HQ located at 401 Richmond St. West (at Spadina) in suite 354.
